Bloom Time: Late Summer into Fall (July to October)
Location: Nature Trail; along the creek near the Crossover between the Wildflower Garden and the steps to Westminster Way
Attracts: Bees, Butterflies; also Birds, especially Goldfinches, for the seeds
Special Note: This plant occurs naturally along the creek. The common name is based on the green or yellowish-green center of the flower.
