Fitness Assessments are an important part of your health journey. The Templeton Wellness Center follows the Senior Fitness Test, which focuses on assessing different fitness components including strength, endurance, flexibility, agility and balance. Along with the Senior Fitness Test, the Berg Balance Scale is also included. Fitness Assessments every six months helps to see where you are in all of the areas and what changes there may be in six months.
