that any frequently accessed Web Site (such as this one) can be placed as a shortcut on your Desktop or on a tool bar.
Desktop - go to the page that you want the shortcut to take you to, make window smaller so that desktop shows, and drag the site address to the desktop (e.g. if you choose the Welcome page as your desired target its site address is: https://sites.google.com/view/ves501x/welcome )
Tool Bar - just drag that address down to the tool bar.
