Ann Echols

Ann was born in York, Pennsylvania .  She graduated from Wilson College.  She holds a Master’s Degree from Middlebury College and the Sorbonne, and a Ph.D. from The University of Virginia.  She was Charles A. Dana Chair of Romance Languages at Randolph-Macon Women’s College from 1966-1998.  Ann has one son, David who lives in Voorhees, New Jersey and two grandchildren who are university students.
