H. Victor (Vic) Millner, Jr

Vic was born in Lynchburg, Virginia. He grew up in Danville and graduated from George Washington High School. Vic then attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. Thereafter he transferred to Washington & Lee University and graduated from there in 1954. After a tour in the U.S. Army he attended W &L Law School and upon graduation practiced law in Chatham, Virginia from 1960 until retirement in 2014. 

Vic has been widowed twice and has three children. He is the brother of Norvell Thomson. 

Vic is an Episcopalian and a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Chatham. He enjoys volunteering his time on various civic and church projects, traveling, reading, hunting, fishing, exercising, and is a member of the Rotary Club.
