Creation of Biography and Photo Index pages 

Developer requires EDIT authority activated at the Biographies level for all the following steps 

• In Edit Mode select in right panel “PAGES” 

• Click on three dots at right of “202? ARRIVALS”   (202? is the year of move in)

• Choose option “Create Sub Page” 

• Name new page with last name of resident (add first name only if necessary to distinguish) 

• Organize bio page as shown in the above Uniform Layout

• Use insert panel on right of window and click “IMAGES” 

  • Select Google Drive option 

  • In folder “Marketing” select Bio Pics 

  • In Bio Pics select “201? Arrivals” 

  • Go to the Photo Index Page: Under Biographies select the option for the year of the resident’s move in.  

  • Insert Resident picture: 

    • Note: Picture proportionality and vertical dimension is automatic after entering width and clicking “Uncrop” icon.  

    • Portrait Picture sized to 3 W + 2 N 

    • Landscape Picture sized to 5 W + 4 N 

    • (Pictures may be dragged to reposition) 

    • Caption Picture on Photo Index Page 

    • First (Nickname) Last 

    • Two people in picture arrange caption with names in same sequence as in picture 

    • Use Link icon to connect Index picture to individual’s Bio Page 

When Biography write-up is approved. 
Insert write-up on an individual's Bio Page and develop Header Name Text Box as shown above. Couples are shown on one page
