The Web Reporter Role
Integral to the success of the Westminster-Canterbury resident website is our cohort of what we are calling Web Reporters. We want to make the resident website something residents naturally first turn to to get current information and news about what's going on in our growing and vibrant community. To accomplish this we have dedicated space at the top of the site's homepage for four news items that we plan to change often much like a newspaper web site updates its stories daily. In addition, we have allotted space below the administration's announcements for Features which are less timely and may remain for longer than a week or so.
In order to keep this schedule of changing what appears on the homepage, we need folks who will provide the Web Team with new feature stories. These "folks" are our Web Reporters. If you would like to be a website Web Reporter, please contact any of the four current members of the WC Web Team. Their contact information is listed on the Web Team homepage.
