Room Reservations

Westminster Canterbury has rooms that may be reserved for meetings, presentations, and card/game playing. Room reservations can be made through Gwen Pope in the Resident Life and Wellness Office (ext. 3515) or by emailing Gwen at GPope@wclynchburg.org. You can also reserve rooms and place work orders online.  Follow the directions below to use the online system for Room Reservations and work orders. 

Room Reservations are made using the Westminster Canterbury Work Order System, Worxhub.  

Use the following instructions to login and place your work order:

• Click on the button at the bottom of this screen entitled WorxHub

• At the Welcome Screen enter the username (First initial of your first name followed by Last name, i.e., JDoe) and type the word welcome for the password.

• Click Login

You are now logged in.  You can change your password by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner.  Then click on "Go to Profile" and you may change your password on this screen.  Be sure to click SAVE before exiting the page and REMEMBER your password!
