This resident website is no longer being updated and has been replaced by rhe new Resident Website called the Resident App.

Your login ID and initial password were provided in a letter put in your WC mail cubby on February 24th. If you need help it is available by bringing your portable digital devices to the 'Tech Drop-in' on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month between noon and 1PM in the Activities room on the terrace level.

BRIDGE, COMMONS & LIBRARY

The Bridge, Commons and Library will all be CLOSED from March 2 - March 31 for refurbishment.

SCAM EMAIL - BE AWARE!

There is a phishing scam that has affected the emails of several of our residents in the last few days. If you receive an email that appears to be an invitation to a special event, "a joyful gathering of family and friends on February 28," DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINKS. Please delete the email to keep it from spreading and from possibly infecting your computer/device.

WC EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS

WC decided a few years ago to use a service called Text-Em-All to communicate with residents if an emergency situation should arise on campus. All resident land lines have been added into the system.

The next step is to ask you, our residents, to opt-in to receiving text messages via your cell phones in one quick, easy step. (If you have already done this in the past, you do NOT need to do this again!)

If Dr. Lord is your primary care provider, when you visit a specialist or go to the hospital, please tell them to send any reports or orders to Dr. Lord

at “Westminster Canterbury.” Too often, providers are sending reports to his office in Charlottesville instead. If you wish to provide the fax number to WC’s Resident Clinic, it is:

WHAT TO DO IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVID-19, FLU OR RSV

Please call the Resident Clinic if you believe you may have COVID, FLU or RSV symptoms and need to be tested. A nurse will call you for more information and obtain orders for testing if necessary. After regular business hours and on weekends, call the Assisted Living charge nurse at ext. 3593.

If you do not feel well and do need to come to the clinic or go anywhere on campus, please wear a mask. A mask should be worn until your symptoms have resolved. Thank you for your help in keeping us all safe and healthy!

PACKAGE PICK-UP ROOM OPEN

The new package pick-up room, entrance located by the cart storage area in the main lobby, will be open as of Monday, June 3rd. The front desk will process the packages and notify you when they are available for pick-up in the new room. Some things to note:
