Shop Tool Donations

We gladly accept donations of new or used (in working condition) tools or equipment if there is a need. The workshop has limited space so there is no room for duplicate pieces of larger shop equipment.

The first step in making a tool donation to the woodshop is to discuss your donation with Chuck Steffen or Charlie Driscoll, the shop co-stewards. If your donation is accepted, you can then download and print the PDF version of the donation form (available below), complete it, and have it signed by Chuck or Charlie. You then give this form along with a receipt of purchase or valuation explanation to Marianne Sanford in the Foundation office on the 2nd floor of main building. The Foundation will then send you a letter of receipt that you can use as proof of charitable donation to use when filing your taxes.
